Why these rules?
Delays are frequent
The new features offered by Funko are accompanied by a tentative availability date. In practice, the latter is often shifted; in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
For example, we systematically add 1 month to the announced release date. Unfortunately this is not always enough...
If there is a delay, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as the information is in our possession.
Figure sets are separated
The new series are regularly delivered to us in several installments: a few references in a first shipment, then others in a second and sometimes even a third shipment.
Not all retailers are Delivered equal
Funko does not deliver to all stores at once.
It is therefore conceivable that a late pre-order with us is already available elsewhere. Conversely, we may receive certain references earlier than our competitors.
Cancellations
Very exceptionally, Funko cancels products that have been confirmed and assigned. If so, we will issue a refund immediately.
The rules !
We do not send your order in multiple times.
You can mix pre-order and stock products in the same basket, but your order will not be send until all component references have arrived.
If you don't want to wait, we recommend placing two different orders.
However what we always do for all our customers is to ship all items already in stock from several orders with one order ready to be completed. so you don't have to pay extra shipping costs and wait longer than necessary.
Klarna Afterpay
If you have chosen the option to work with Klarna Postpay, orders with pre-orders will be Paid after a waiting period of 14 days.
