Return Conditions

Not completely satisfied? No worries, at TinyTitan.be we understand.

You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it. Follow these simple steps to register your return and send it back.

Registration

• Simply register your return via email at info@TinyTitan.be.

Packaging

• Pack the products in their original condition and packaging. Include the fully completed return form in the box. Ensure the return label is clearly visible on the packaging.

Shipping

• Take the package to your chosen post office. Don’t forget to keep your shipping receipt as proof of your return shipment. We recommend using Track & Trace and insured shipping.

Refund

We ensure a quick refund within 14 days after receiving your return. You will receive the full purchase amount back, including original shipping costs. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for your purchase. If there are any issues, we will contact you directly. The return shipping costs are for your account.
 

Exceptions

There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as for customized or personalized products.

Instructions for Returns

Here are simple steps to ensure your return goes smoothly:

• Complete Items: Ensure all items are complete.
• Attach Documents: Include a copy of the invoice/order confirmation and the completed return form in your package.
• Pack Carefully: To avoid damage during transport, make sure to pack the items well. You may use the original box to save waste.
• Clear Address Label: Ensure that the address label is clearly readable on the outside of the package.
• Keep Shipping Receipt: Take the package to a post office of your choice. Keep the shipping receipt safe; this serves as proof of shipping.
• Processing: You will automatically receive a message from us once the return shipment has been processed. If you do not receive a message within 14 days, please contact our customer service.
